The day begins early in the morning with a shared transfer that will take you, along with the guide, from your accommodation to the Puente del Río Eléctrico, 16km from El Chaltén.
You will begin the walk through a beautiful valley until you reach the Piedras Blancas Glacier viewpoint, where you can already see the stunning peaks of Mount Fitz Roy.
You will continue to reach the Poincenot camp, where you can enjoy one of the most spectacular panoramic views of the entire mountain range.
After a restful break, surrounded by the stunning scenery of this spot, you will begin the descent along a new path that traces the river’s flow towards Laguna Capri. There, you will be treated to a final breathtaking view of Mount Fitz Roy before winding through a lush forest on your way back to town.
