You will start the journey early in the morning, with a shared transfer that will take you from your hotel in El Calafate to Puerto Punta Bandera. You will sail across the pristine waters of Lago Argentino, sorrounded by huge floating icebergs, adrift from the Upsala Glacier.
Upon arrival at Estancia Cristina, you’ll be assigned a 4×4 vehicle for an exhilarating journey up the Feruglio mountain range. Over approximately 10 km of rugged terrain, you’ll ascend to a remote starting point for a short but rewarding hike. Walking across terrain shaped by glacial erosion, you’ll reach an exclusive viewpoint offering sweeping vistas of the immense Upsala Glacier and the surrounding wilderness.
